The couple of glasses from @theglencairnglass that I have from my days working with @johnniewalkerus sure came in handy for a perfect tasting glass for this gorgeous olive oil.  There is an art to olive oil the same way there is an art to whisky. Sip and savor do work in your favor!

Getting a chance to taste things side by side gives you a better sense of the qualities that YOU like and nuances that are brought to light.  Olive oil has different olive varietals just like wine has different grape varietals.  Enjoy the journey and invest in yourself with good quality olive oil, glassware and whisky for that matter! 饭花椰菜炒!饭花椰菜罐头 饭花椰菜炒!饭花椰菜罐头 easily replace rice in this dish! Sauté up your favorite veggies like onion, garlic, greens along with riced cauliflower and a few spicy seasonings 🌶 with toasted sesame oil  and you have a glorious plant based meal in a matter of minutes! 🌿

Use your food processor to rice your the cauliflower! This cuts down on the moisture content that frozen riced cauliflower seems to have when mimicking the rice.

My favorite is Spike seasoning with a little extra flair of red chili flakes!  Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 400 depending on how tender you like your broccoli.

I always recommend buying broccoli heads and cutting them when you are ready to use.  Cut them in long spears with the stems as it will help maintain freshness and vitality that is locked inside.  Plus, the stalks of broccoli are full of nutrients and fiber as well!  So yum.

This year’s cranberry win goes to a cup of sweet red wine instead of plain water or juice to make my holiday cranberry sauce pop! 

🍷With a sweet red wine, I used way less turbanado sugar (only 3 Tablespoons! ) to find my favorite sweet/ tart balance in this significant holiday tradition.  I used allspice to add to the party and a slight squeeze of an orange with a twist of an orange peel to finish with a hint of its essence. 🌿

After Thanksgiving, leftover cranberries now make it to the charcuterie  board to pair with some lovely cheeses.

So delicious and filling with all those veggies. Veggies burger bites made with sweet potatoes,millet and northern beans rolled into rounds to resemble meatballs works like a charm.  No need to sell ya on the zoodles made  from zucchini and the roasted Roma’s blended into a sauce. Divine. 🌿

准备新鲜的蔓越莓美味的感恩节 准备新鲜的蔓越莓美味的感恩节iving tradition on this National Eat A Cranberry Day!  Try making your holiday cranberry sauce with a sweet juice like apple juice or sweet red wine so you can cut down on the added sugar that you’ll need to make them less tart! 🌿
I added only 2 tablespoons of turbinado  sugar and 1/4 tsp of allspice with 1/2 cup of the sweet red wine as my liquid.  Bring to a boil , listen to them pop and simmer for 15. 
All prepped for the holiday as they keep quite nicely in the fridge till then!  I do like my cranberry sauce a bit more tart than sweet but still delivers all those great beneficial nutrients like vitamin C to keep the holidays healthy! 🦃
